Don’t know much about the Yoga Sutras? This six week series with Michele Hausman will introduce you to key concepts in the Yoga Sutras. This quintessential book of yoga philosophy from Sage Patanjali, beckons us to get a hold of our mind, quiet the chatter and hear our true voice, spirit and wisdom within and promises that once we achieve this, freedom is ours.

In each class, we will learn a little, move a little, breath a little, meditate a little and spend some time journaling. Additionally, during this holiday season, we will have the option to practice kindness by making a voluntary donation to organizations that help people in need;

Youthcare (homeless youth), Lynnwood Food Bank, Mary’s Place (supporting women, children and families experiencing homelessness). Donations will be split equally among the three charities.
