The Fine Print

Class Passes and Memberships: All class passes and memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and become active on the date of first use. Class passes are void after one year from the date of purchase and may be used for all scheduled classes only. Auto re-new memberships’ dues are charged to the credit card on file on the same date each month and continues until you notify us via email of termination or suspension. Partner Memberships are eligible for two people that share the same household, other family members may be added for an additional fee of $45 per person per month. *Please note children 13-17 may attend classes with a Parent/Guardian only. Classes for children 12 & under are offered on occasion, please see events page for more information.

Suspending or Terminating Memberships: All unlimited monthly memberships are eligible for one suspension per year for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months. Please send us an email at least 14 days prior to requesting your suspension date as we must receive written notice from you. We cannot accommodate these requests in person or over the phone.

Workshops & Special Events: All workshops are subject to demand and as such are subject to cancellation. Should an event be cancelled, all purchases will be refunded. If you are unable to attend after purchasing, we are able to refund your purchase up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. After this time, all tickets are non-refundable but can be transfered to another attendee with written studio notification.

Inclement Weather and Schedule Changes: Our highest priority is the safety of our students and staff. If we must cancel classes due to weather or other emergencies we will post last minute changes via our social media platforms, if you are signed up for a class that is cancelled you will receive an email.

Lost and Found: All belongings left behind will be placed in the lost and found bin located behind the front desk and donated on the last day of each month. Items may be picked up 15 mins prior to each class. We cannot be responsible for the safety and security of items left behind or lost/stolen during class.

Cashless/Paperless Studio: Yoga Sanctuary accepts credit/debit cards for payment. We DO NOT keep cash on the premises. We are able to provide receipts via email only.

Early registration policy: Our small studio accommodates a maximum of 18 students per class (maximum of 10 students for restorative classes). Please sign up online to help us streamline our check-in process and to ensure your spot in class. Walk-ins are welcome, but priority goes to pre-registered students for full classes. If you are not able to attend after you have registered, please cancel your registration at least 2hrs before class.
