NO experience with MFR or yoga is necessary and this practice is safe for all. Supplies will be provided for you.
April 21st - Week one will focus on upper body, if you have a specific need/request, these will be addressed.
April 28th - Week two will focus on lower body, if you have a specific need/request, these will be addressed.
Bring water, mat, block, MFR release balls, and bolster (if you do not have these available, no worries, we have everything you need in the studio)
