Any mindful practice that addresses the whole self; mental, emotional, spiritual and physical— is in tune with the ancient rhythms of the earth.
The more we tune in and practice conscious awareness, we become fluent in the language our body speaks. Acupressure, reflexology and yoga mudras are tools we can use to assist this soothing of the mind and heart. If we understand how a particular movement or pressure affects our systems, we feel empowered, creating more change, moving toward balance. We are hardwired for peace and ease, this IS our natural state.
