Intro to Yoga

Join Dylan Noebels for an introduction to Yoga. This workshop is for students who are new to Yoga, new to our studio or simply would like a back to basics approach to restarting or continuing their Yoga practice. In this 4 week series Dylan will break down the foundational poses, introduce you to Yoga philosophy, foundational breath work, meditation practices and pose modifications for beginners. We want to equip you with all the tools you need so that you can enter any class and feel confident knowing what to expect and how to modify poses for your needs.

*You will receive a New Student class pass which is good for 3 weeks of unlimited yoga (begins on your first workshop day and ends on last workshop day).

Classes meet Saturday’s 12:15pm-1:30pm
