Willa Becker (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2015. She first began yoga as a way to help with severe depression and fell in love with the practice and its potential for healing. Willa's style is lighthearted and inclusive. One of her favorite aspects of teaching yoga is adapting her classes to her students and offering modifications and variations. There is so much you can do and so many different ways to do it! 

Willa loves to make food with her husband, go on hikes with their dog, and paint. Her goal as a teacher is to provide a safe space where people can get back in touch with their bodies and themselves. Her goal for herself as a teacher is to continue to grow and learn by remaining open.
