Nigora began her yoga journey in 2013 to address her back problems. In 2019, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga training and immediately started teaching. Since then, she has taught in various studios while continuously expanding her knowledge through additional certifications, including Thai Yoga Massage and personal training. Nigora has also participated in workshops led by renowned yoga teachers such as Hiro Landazuri, Dylan Werner, and Patrick Beach.

For her, yoga is a journey toward inner peace and balance. It encourages mindfulness, flexibility, and a deep connection between body and mind. To Nigora, yoga is not just a practice but a path toward greater harmony and self-development. She is grateful for the opportunity to share this journey with others.
