Jessica has been teaching group fitness since 2009 and a personal trainer since 2013. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in MI. Her education and career took a detour after graduation, and she moved across the country to WA. In 2022 she stepped down from her career in the biotech industry to pursue teaching Yoga and personal training full time.

She is passionate about helping people prevent injuries through consistency, body mindfulness, and proper exercise techniques, building a strong core for strength training, cardio, and flexibility. Her background spans running marathons, competitive bodybuilding, and teaching high-intensity group fitness. As an aging athlete, she embraced yoga for its balance of physical relief and mental calmness. In her classes, expect clear instruction, modifications for all levels, and a safe, welcoming space to enhance your well-being.
