Dylan Noebels Bio
I have been teaching yoga around the Puget Sound region for around fifteen years and am more excited than ever to share what I have learned from my teachers, Theresa Elliott and Kathryn Payne and my years of personal practice.
I learned and teach alignment based yoga which means the first consideration is given to the alignment of your bones (and how the muscles organize around those bones). Through this magical process of being in the present moment, in yoga poses and breathing, our whole lives and all our relationships are touched.
