Caleb Lay Bio
A yoga practitioner since 2012, Caleb became a yoga instructor in 2020 after being inspired to become more involved in Veterans Yoga Project. He infuses all of his classes with a basis of grounding in breath and body. He encourages all of his students to enjoy their practice with a spirit of fun, exploration, and curiosity. Caleb’s classes are structured to welcome all skill levels. He enjoys instructing Gentle, Hatha, Vinyassa, and Yin styles of yoga.
