To become a yogi was not something that I set out to do. I was introduced to yoga when I was 24 after an injury from marathon running. I quickly realized how much yoga healed me, and how amazing I felt. I soon learned that taking the space to heal myself through movement and breathe connection. I also noticed a positive difference in my interactions with myself, others, and my family. This is the reason I teach, to help others find their space, feel safe and find their breathe to movement connection.

After practicing first in a hot studio, I later found other styles like Vinyasa and Yin in which I noticed a fresh new yogic lifestyle that fueled me enough to be able to fully enjoy the beautiful pacific NW activities such as hiking, and camping with my family and spending a lot of time on the Olympic Penninsula.

I completed 200 hours of training in “Open up yoga” with Danielle Zissou in 2016 and soon to be completed 500 hour certification through 8 limbs yoga centers...I am excited to learn, and expand my teaching skills as I am always a student, and looking for growth on this amazing yoga journey.

I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many amazing human beings that are like minded, and looking for a safe space, as well as connecting to themselves, and finding nothing but love for their own beautiful internal self🙏.

My family, and I recognize that I am my best self when I am practicing yoga, as well as teaching.
